They do not update customers to advise of issues and i doubt they will tell me when its back on. These are meant to be switch on and not worry.
If i had geo-fencing i would not have known either. If i had just gone on holiday for 2 weeks i would know nothing about this. Now as these are purchased as a money saving product they should not be able to launch an app update without first checking it 100% on an in house backup system to ensure its functioning 100% On their system outage it says no outages at all (lies!!) I called Honeywell helpline they said the app had an update and it had issues. I set the temp and even locked it and after 20 seconds it went back. I then adjusted it on the app and before my very eyes it changed back after 20 seconds. It was showing that the schedule was 22 as well (no its not).
